1. Acceptance
By using jeddsarte.com, engaging Jedd Sarte for services, or authorizing platform access through Jedd Paid Media Ops, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. Authorized Use
Jedd Paid Media Ops may only be used with advertising, analytics, Page, Instagram, business, Pixel or Dataset, and related assets for which the applicable owner, administrator, client, or authorized manager has granted access.
Unauthorized account access, bypassing platform controls, credential misuse, deceptive activity, or use that violates applicable law or platform policies is prohibited.
3. Google and Meta Integrations
The service may connect to third-party platforms and APIs including Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Marketing API, Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts, Meta business assets, Pixels or Datasets, and related services.
Functionality depends on the permissions, APIs, policies, account status, and technical availability of those third-party services. Jedd Paid Media Ops is independently operated and is not a product of Google or Meta.
4. Permitted Functions
- Advertising account audits and reporting
- Campaign, ad set, ad, creative, keyword, audience, budget, bidding, targeting, and asset management
- Conversion, Pixel, Dataset, tag, trigger, and measurement configuration where supported and authorized
- Keyword, search-term, audience, creative, and performance analysis
- Page or Instagram identity use for authorized advertising operations
- Other paid media and analytics functions specifically requested by an authorized operator or client
5. Client and Operator Responsibilities
Clients and authorized operators are responsible for maintaining appropriate account permissions, supplying accurate business information, reviewing material claims or regulated content, protecting credentials, and complying with applicable advertising, privacy, consumer-protection, and industry-specific requirements.
6. Results and Availability
Advertising and marketing performance can be affected by competition, budget, offer quality, website experience, sales follow-up, platform algorithms, auction behavior, account history, and other factors outside direct control. Specific impressions, rankings, leads, sales, CPA, ROAS, or revenue results are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
7. Data and Privacy
Data handling is governed by the Privacy Policy. Platform data is used only for authorized operational purposes and is not sold or rented.
Requests to delete Meta-sourced user data may be submitted according to the Data Deletion Instructions.
8. Revocation and Termination
Account owners or administrators may revoke applicable access at any time through the relevant platform settings. Access may also be limited or suspended for security, compliance, nonpayment, abuse prevention, loss of authorization, platform restrictions, or breach of these Terms.
9. Security
Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used to protect credentials and authorized account access. No internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security, and users must promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
10. Disclaimer and Limitation
Services are provided on a commercially reasonable, as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jedd Sarte is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or platform-caused losses arising from third-party outages, account suspensions, policy enforcement, API changes, unauthorized use, or advertising auction behavior.
11. Changes
These Terms may be updated as services, integrations, platform requirements, or legal obligations change. The effective date above will be updated when material revisions are made.
