1. Information I May Collect

Depending on how you interact with the website or the JeddSarte Paid Media MCP, I may process the following categories of information:

Google Ads and Google API data

When access to a Google Ads account has been authorized, the JeddSarte Paid Media MCP may access information available through the Google Ads API, including:

• Google Ads customer and manager account identifiers
• Campaign, ad group, advertisement, asset, and keyword information
• Campaign budgets and bidding settings
• Geographic and audience targeting settings
• Search terms and keyword-planning information
• Conversion actions and conversion configuration
• Advertising performance data such as impressions, clicks, cost, conversions, conversion value, and related reporting metrics
• Account configuration and status information
• Other Google Ads information necessary to perform an authorized account-management or reporting task

The tool only accesses Google Ads accounts for which appropriate authorization or manager-account access has been granted.

2. How Google User Data Is Used

Google user data accessed through Google APIs is used only for legitimate advertising-management functions requested or authorized by the applicable account owner or authorized account manager.

This may include:

• Reviewing and auditing Google Ads accounts
• Generating advertising-performance reports
• Analyzing campaigns, keywords, search terms, bidding, budgets, and conversion performance
• Creating or modifying authorized Google Ads campaigns
• Managing campaign settings
• Managing conversion configurations
• Conducting keyword research and planning
• Identifying account configuration issues
• Performing troubleshooting and quality assurance
• Carrying out account-management instructions initiated by an authorized user

Google user data is not sold, rented, or used for unrelated advertising, profiling, or marketing purposes.

My use of information received from Google APIs is intended to comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements. Google requires applications using its APIs to limit use of Google user data to the purposes disclosed in their published privacy policy.

3. How the JeddSarte Paid Media MCP Works

The JeddSarte Paid Media MCP is a private Model Context Protocol integration that connects authorized software tools to the Google Ads API.

The current infrastructure may use:

• Google Cloud Platform for authentication, service accounts, API connectivity, hosting, logging, and Cloud Run infrastructure
• Google Ads API for authorized Google Ads account access and management
• An authorized MCP-compatible client, such as Codex, when used by the authorized operator to request analysis or account-management actions

Selected account information may therefore be transmitted through these services only when necessary to perform the requested function.

The Google Ads API developer token and authentication credentials are treated as confidential credentials and are not intentionally exposed to website visitors or unauthorized users.

4. Sharing of Information

I do not sell Google user data or personal information.

Information may be shared only in limited circumstances, including:

• With infrastructure and technology providers necessary to operate the tool
• With an authorized MCP client when necessary to process a user-requested task
• With Google when interacting with Google services and APIs
• With contractors or service providers assisting with an authorized advertising-management engagement, where appropriate confidentiality and access restrictions apply
• When required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request
• When reasonably necessary to protect users, accounts, systems, or the security and integrity of the service

Access is limited to what is reasonably necessary for the applicable purpose.

5. Data Storage and Retention

The JeddSarte Paid Media MCP is designed primarily to retrieve and process information as needed for authorized advertising-management tasks.

Google Ads information may be temporarily processed through application infrastructure, system logs, reports, or working files when necessary to:

• Complete an authorized task
• Troubleshoot technical issues
• Maintain security
• Audit system activity
• Produce requested reports or analyses

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, contractual obligations, security requirements, or applicable legal obligations.

When access to a Google Ads account is revoked or removed, the tool will no longer retrieve new information from that account unless access is later restored.

6. Security

Reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards are used to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse.

These safeguards may include:

• Google Cloud service-account authentication
• Restricted account permissions
• Access controls
• Private or authenticated application endpoints
• Controlled API credentials
• Least-privilege permissions where practical
• Confirmation requirements for sensitive account-management actions
• Logging and monitoring for security and troubleshooting

No internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security, but reasonable precautions are taken to reduce risk and protect authorized account information.

Google Ads API developers are also required by Google to implement appropriate technical and organizational protections for personal information accessed through the API.

7. Human Access to Google User Data

Google user data is not made available for unrestricted human review.

Human access may occur only when reasonably necessary to:

• Perform services requested by an authorized client or account owner
• Investigate or resolve technical or security issues
• Provide support
• Comply with applicable law
• Protect the rights, safety, or security of users, accounts, or systems

Access is limited to authorized individuals with a legitimate need to access the information.

8. Revoking Google Ads Access

Google Ads account owners or administrators may revoke access by removing the applicable user, service account, manager-account relationship, or other authorization through their Google Ads account settings.

Once authorization is removed, the JeddSarte Paid Media MCP will no longer be able to retrieve new Google Ads data from that account through the revoked authorization.

9. Data Access, Correction, and Deletion Requests

You may request information regarding personal data associated with you, request correction of inaccurate information, or request deletion of information that is no longer required for legitimate operational, contractual, security, or legal purposes.

Where the information originates directly from a Google Ads account, certain account-level information may also need to be managed through the applicable Google account or Google Ads account.

10. Website Analytics and Cookies

jeddsarte.com may use standard website technologies such as cookies, analytics tools, or similar technologies to understand website usage, maintain functionality, improve performance, and measure website activity.

These technologies are separate from the JeddSarte Paid Media MCP's authorized Google Ads API access.

Where required by applicable law, appropriate consent or controls will be provided for non-essential cookies or similar technologies.

11. Third-Party Services

This website and related tools may rely on third-party service providers, including Google and other infrastructure or software providers.

Those providers may process information according to their own privacy policies, contractual obligations, and applicable data-protection requirements.

I do not control the independent privacy practices of third-party websites or services that are not operated by me.

12. Children's Privacy

The website and JeddSarte Paid Media MCP are intended for business and professional use and are not directed to children under 13.

I do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the JeddSarte Paid Media MCP.

13. International Processing

Because infrastructure providers and authorized services may operate in multiple countries, information may be processed or stored outside the country in which it was originally collected.

Where applicable, reasonable measures are used to ensure that such processing is conducted in accordance with applicable privacy and data-protection requirements.
