Depending on how you interact with the website or Jedd Paid Media Ops, I may collect or process the following categories of information.

Google advertising and measurement data

• Campaign, ad group, ad, asset, keyword, audience, budget, bidding, and targeting information
• Search terms and keyword-planning information
• Conversion actions, key events, tags, triggers, variables, and measurement configuration
• Advertising and analytics performance data such as impressions, clicks, cost, conversions, conversion value, sessions, events, and related reporting metrics
• Account configuration, status, and other information necessary to perform an authorized management, reporting, or troubleshooting task

Meta Platform and Marketing API data

When a Meta business, ad account, Facebook Page, Instagram account, Pixel or Dataset, or related asset has been authorized for use, Jedd Paid Media Ops may process information available through Meta APIs, including:

• Meta ad account, business, Page, Instagram account, Pixel or Dataset, and custom conversion identifiers
• Campaign, ad set, ad, creative, image, video, asset, budget, bid, placement, targeting, and delivery settings
• Facebook Page and Instagram identity information needed to create or manage authorized ads
• Advertising performance data such as impressions, reach, clicks, spend, conversions, conversion value, and related insights
• Pixel or Dataset configuration and available event statistics where authorized
• Account, Page, business, and asset status information required to perform authorized advertising operations

Jedd Paid Media Ops only accesses platform accounts and assets for which the applicable user, business, account owner, administrator, or authorized manager has granted access.

2. How Platform Data Is Used

Data received from Google, Meta, and other authorized platforms is used only to provide legitimate advertising, analytics, measurement, reporting, troubleshooting, and account-management functions requested or authorized by the applicable account owner, business, client, or authorized manager.

This may include:

• Reviewing and auditing advertising and analytics accounts
• Generating performance reports and operational snapshots
• Analyzing campaigns, audiences, keywords, search terms, creatives, bidding, budgets, placements, and conversions
• Creating, modifying, pausing, or otherwise managing authorized campaigns, ad sets, ads, and related settings
• Creating or managing authorized ad creatives and advertising assets
• Managing conversion, Pixel, Dataset, tag, trigger, key event, and measurement configuration where supported and authorized
• Conducting keyword, audience, creative, and account research
• Identifying configuration, tracking, delivery, or performance issues
• Performing troubleshooting, quality assurance, and independent readback verification
• Maintaining an audit trail of authorized changes and system actions

Platform data is not sold or rented. It is not used for unrelated consumer profiling or for advertising to individuals on behalf of unrelated third parties.

3. Meta Permissions and Purpose

Depending on the features enabled for the Meta application, Jedd Paid Media Ops may request permissions such as ads_read, ads_management, business_management, pages_read_engagement, pages_show_list, and pages_manage_ads.

These permissions are used only for authorized advertising operations, such as:

• Reading ad account structure, delivery, and performance
• Creating and managing campaigns, ad sets, ads, and creatives
• Identifying business and advertising assets that an authorized operator is permitted to manage
• Listing eligible Facebook Pages and using an authorized Page identity for advertising
• Reading Page information needed to support Page-backed ad creation and management
• Managing Page advertising functions when explicitly authorized

Permission names and available capabilities may change as Meta updates its platform. Jedd Paid Media Ops is intended to request only permissions needed for the authorized features in use.

4. How Jedd Paid Media Ops Works

Jedd Paid Media Ops is a private operational system that connects authorized software tools to supported advertising and analytics APIs.

The current infrastructure may use:

• Google Cloud Platform for service accounts, authentication, API connectivity, Secret Manager, Cloud Run hosting, logging, and related infrastructure
• Google Ads API and other authorized Google APIs for account access, management, reporting, and measurement tasks
• Meta Marketing API and related Meta APIs for authorized advertising, Page, Instagram, Pixel or Dataset, creative, and reporting functions
• GitHub for private source control, controlled change requests, operational documentation, sanitized snapshots, and audit receipts where applicable
• Authorized AI or MCP-compatible clients used by the authorized operator to analyze data or request controlled account-management actions

Selected account information may be transmitted through these services only when reasonably necessary to perform the requested function.

API tokens, developer credentials, service-account credentials, and other secrets are treated as confidential credentials and are not intentionally exposed to website visitors or unauthorized users.

5. Sharing and Disclosure of Information

I do not sell platform user data or personal information.

Information may be disclosed only in limited circumstances, including:

• To infrastructure and technology providers necessary to operate Jedd Paid Media Ops
• To Google, Meta, or another platform when interacting with that platform's services and APIs
• To an authorized AI or MCP-compatible client when necessary to process an authorized task
• To contractors or service providers assisting with an authorized advertising-management engagement, subject to appropriate confidentiality and access restrictions
• When required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request
• When reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, or unauthorized access, or to protect users, accounts, systems, or the integrity of the service

Access is limited to what is reasonably necessary for the applicable purpose.

6. Data Storage and Retention

Jedd Paid Media Ops is designed primarily to retrieve and process information as needed for authorized advertising-management, analytics, and measurement tasks.

Platform information may be temporarily or persistently stored in controlled system logs, reports, working files, private operational snapshots, change requests, or audit receipts when necessary to:

• Complete an authorized task
• Provide reporting or analysis requested by an authorized client or operator
• Verify the state of an account before or after a change
• Troubleshoot technical issues
• Maintain security and prevent duplicate or unauthorized mutations
• Maintain a reasonable operational and compliance audit trail

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, contractual obligations, security requirements, dispute resolution, audit needs, or applicable legal obligations.

When platform access is revoked, Jedd Paid Media Ops will no longer retrieve new information through the revoked authorization. Previously retained information will be deleted or anonymized when it is no longer reasonably required for the purposes described above, subject to legitimate legal, contractual, security, and audit requirements.

7. Security

Reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards are used to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse.

These safeguards may include:

• Private or authenticated application endpoints
• Service-account and workload identity authentication
• Restricted platform and repository permissions
• Secret storage for API credentials and access tokens
• Least-privilege access controls where practical
• Confirmation requirements for sensitive account-management actions
• Versioned change requests and approval controls for supported production workflows
• Independent readback, logging, monitoring, and audit receipts for supported actions

No internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security, but reasonable precautions are used to reduce risk and protect authorized account information.

8. Human Access to Platform Data

Platform data is not made available for unrestricted human review.

Human access may occur only when reasonably necessary to:

• Perform services requested by an authorized client, business, account owner, or administrator
• Review or approve a proposed advertising or measurement change
• Investigate or resolve technical, billing, delivery, tracking, or security issues
• Provide support
• Comply with applicable law
• Protect the rights, safety, or security of users, businesses, accounts, or systems

Access is limited to authorized individuals with a legitimate need to access the information.

9. Google API Data

Google user data accessed through Google APIs is used only for the advertising, analytics, measurement, reporting, and account-management purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

My use of information received from Google APIs is intended to comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements.

Google Ads account owners or administrators may revoke access by removing the applicable user, service account, manager-account relationship, or other authorization through their Google account or Google Ads settings. Once authorization is removed, Jedd Paid Media Ops will no longer retrieve new data through that revoked authorization.

10. Meta Platform Data, Revocation, and Deletion

Meta Platform data is used only for the authorized advertising, business asset, Page, Instagram, Pixel or Dataset, creative, reporting, and account-management purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

An authorized user or business may stop future access by removing or revoking the applicable app, business integration, Page access, ad account access, business asset access, system-user access, or token authorization through the relevant Meta or Business settings.

You may also request deletion of personal information or Meta Platform data held by Jedd Paid Media Ops by contacting me using the information in Section 17 below. Please identify the relevant business, Page, ad account, or other asset so the request can be verified and processed securely.

After a valid deletion request is verified, information under my control that is not required for legitimate legal, contractual, security, fraud-prevention, or audit purposes will be deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period.

11. Data Access, Correction, and Deletion Requests

You may request information regarding personal data associated with you, request correction of inaccurate information, or request deletion of information that is no longer required for legitimate operational, contractual, security, audit, or legal purposes.

Requests may be submitted using the contact information below. I may request reasonable information needed to verify the requestor's identity and authority over the relevant account or business asset before acting on a request.

Where information originates directly from Google, Meta, or another platform, certain account-level information may also need to be managed directly through that platform.

12. Website Analytics and Cookies

jeddsarte.com may use standard website technologies such as cookies, analytics tools, tags, or similar technologies to understand website usage, maintain functionality, improve performance, and measure website activity.

These website technologies are separate from authorized account access performed through Jedd Paid Media Ops.

Where required by applicable law, appropriate consent or controls will be provided for non-essential cookies or similar technologies.

13. Third-Party Services

This website and related tools may rely on third-party service providers, including Google, Meta, GitHub, hosting providers, analytics providers, and other infrastructure or software providers.

Those providers may process information according to their own privacy policies, platform terms, contractual obligations, and applicable data-protection requirements.

I do not control the independent privacy practices of third-party websites or services that are not operated by me.

14. Children's Privacy

The website and Jedd Paid Media Ops are intended for business and professional use and are not directed to children under 13.

I do not knowingly collect personal information from children through Jedd Paid Media Ops.

15. International Processing

Because infrastructure providers and authorized services may operate in multiple countries, information may be processed or stored outside the country in which it was originally collected.
