How to Request Deletion
To request deletion of data associated with your use of Jedd Paid Media Ops, send an email to ajeddsarte@gmail.com with the subject line Meta Data Deletion Request.
Please include enough information to identify the applicable authorization or account without sending passwords, access tokens, or other sensitive credentials.
Information to Include
- Your name and email address
- The business, Facebook Page, Instagram account, ad account, or other Meta asset involved, if known
- A short description of the data or access you want deleted or disconnected
- Any relevant Meta user, business, Page, Instagram, or ad-account identifier if you already have it
What Happens Next
- The request will be reviewed to verify the requester and determine the applicable data or authorization.
- Where appropriate, stored personal or Meta-sourced user data under Jedd Paid Media Ops control will be deleted or de-identified.
- Stored access tokens or related authorization credentials under Jedd Paid Media Ops control will be removed when the request requires disconnection.
- You may be asked to revoke the app or business integration directly in Meta if platform-side authorization remains active.
- A confirmation will be sent when the request has been completed or if additional information is needed.
Timing
Deletion requests will be handled within a reasonable period and ordinarily within 30 days, subject to identity verification, technical limitations, legal requirements, security obligations, and legitimate audit or dispute-resolution needs.
Information That May Be Retained
Limited records may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, billing, dispute resolution, or an operational audit trail. Any retained information will be limited to what is necessary for those purposes.
Revoke Meta Access Directly
You may also remove or revoke access through your Meta account, business settings, Page settings, or connected-app settings. Revoking platform access prevents Jedd Paid Media Ops from retrieving new information through that authorization.
